10-hour One-day Field Course
Course is instructed by Certified NRA Instructors and/or Texas Parks & Wildlife Certified Hunter Education Instructors
Class goal: Instruct students in several areas of preparedness for hunting season.
Focusing on firearm and archery safety in the field.
Course includes:
Classroom Instruction
2-hour basic Shotgun class
1-hour basic Rifle class
2-hour field firearm safety
2-hours basic Archery class
1-hour equipment and tracking training
1-hour Basic First Aid, Survival and Emergency Preparedness

-Completion of online Hunter Education course. Available at TPWD Online Course.
-Bring quiz print-outs from online course to Skills Clinic for instructor approval.
